PC Game review - Command And Conquer: Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge review.

Command And Conquer: Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge are both decent games, and one of my fovourite Command And Conquer games.

Command And Conquer: Red Alert 2 is an RTS game from '00, that is quite decent, and I still enjoy playing it under today's circumstances. It hasn't got the best looking graphics ever, but they are good enough. They have a nice artistic feel to them. It has GREAT music, and the FMV videos (a trademark classic of the series) look pretty good, and the actors in them do a good job. The missions are fun, but sometimes a bit too easy. They get quite complex and hard towards the end of the campaign though.

The expansion pack Command And Conquer: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge adds extra missions to the campaign, and even a new faction that focuses on mind control. The new faction is well-balanced, but it takes a bit of time to get used to.

Now, for the scoring.

Gameplay            9+1/10
A regular Command & Conquer game but done really well.
Graphics              7+0/10

A bit old, but they are alright.
Sound                   10+1/10

Voice acting is not great but the music is to die for!
Fun                       10+1/10
You will get extreme happiness out of this piece of art.
Campaign             9+1/10

Storyline is good, & the missions are fun.
Replayability        8+1/10

You might want to play the campaign again, and the multiplayer is SO fun!!
Multiplayer          8+1/10

The multiplayer is just like a game of normal Command & Conquer, but better!
Control Scheme   10+0/10

Controls are very easy to use and master.
Originality            7+1/10
This was an excellent, & innovative sequel to the first major RTS.
Extras                   0+0/10
Absolutely nothin'.

Overall score: 78+7/100
Score with expansion: 85/100
Command And Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a decent game.
